Pin Ups & Rock ‘n Roll

Posted by Susan Heidi - October 20th, 2007

Pinups go so well with the Rockabilly/Psychobilly/Punk/Rock ‘n Roll scene! Some of my pinups will be on display as part of a Neon Productions show tonight at the Cantab in Cambridge, MA.

Susan Heidi pinups for the marines

Posted by Susan Heidi - October 11th, 2007

100 signed postcards of my “Semper Fi” painting (which features pinup model Cherry Dollface) will be sent to marines stationed abroad as my way of saying thank you for all the hard work and sacrifice they do to make us safe here at home. Pinups have traditionally been a way for soldiers stationed far from home to stay connected to the home life they are fighting for and I’m excited to help keep this tradition alive!

back from the Harvest 07 Art Show

Posted by Susan Heidi - October 8th, 2007

I’m freshly back from the first annual Harvest Art Show in Atlanta, Ga. It was such an honor to be exhibiting at this amazing art show - a compilation of top pinup and erotic artists, photographers, and performers from around the world! Thanks so much to everyone who took the time to view my work and chat with me - I enjoyed meeting all of you! I had a chance to catch up with my good friend, Gina King - who was also exhibiting her work - and meet some of the other artists like Victoria Moore, Tyson McAdoo, Gayla of 666 Photography, Timothy Dolph, Tsubasa, and so many others! I’ve posted an album in the pics section of my myspace. I hope you’ll go on over and take a look!

I’ll be in Atlanta for the Harvest Art Show, but hope you’ll enjoy the Boston show without me :)
