Picking up my mail a few weeks ago, an image on the cover of a catalog caught my eye. It looked very familiar, no, too familiar (like an old friend). Upon closer examination I realized it was my pinup titled “Fishnet Stockings” on the cover of Bud Plant’s Incorrigible catalog! What a thrill!
This painting was recently published in “The World’s Greatest Erotic Art, vol. 2” and the book is now being sold through BudsArtBooks.com

I’m excited to be showing my work and appearing in person for the second year in a row at the NY Comic Con in the Artist Alley.
Last year I was treated to a primo location next to Molly Crabapple and directly across from two comic legends: Greg Horn of Marvel Comics fame and Gary Friedrich, the co-creator of Ghost Rider. Location assignments will come out in mid-January - can’t wait to see who I’m sitting near this year!
Tickets are on-sale now through the NY Comic Con website at a discounted price, and if you order now through Jan. 16th they will mail the tickets to you - no waiting on long lines.

Aprons were a mainstay in the kitchens of housewives in the 40’s and 50’s - Who can think of “I Love Lucy” or “Leave it to Beaver” without visions of Lucille Ricardo and June Cleaver donning an apron? I’ve started work today on a pinup that is donning an apron in the kitchen - and lookin’ good!
As more of us are tighteneing the purse strings and taking on household chores, aprons seem to be making a comeback. To see what’s cookin’ with aprons, you may want to check out a new publication by Stampington & Company entitled Apronology, which “flirts with the many uses and looks of the apron”. The mag can be ordered online now and will hit newsstands in February.
